Enjoy a platter with our wildflower honey from Castelluccio, fresh ricotta, and emmer salad dressed with fresh tomatoes and Umbrian extra virgin olive oil.
First Courses
First Courses includes tagliatelle with fresh ricotta and saffron, tagliatelle with artisanal Norcia sausage sauce, and homemade Castelluccio IGP lentil soup.
Main Courses
Main Courses offer dishes like Castelluccio IGP lentils with artisanal sausage, “Primo sale” pecorino cheese melted over Norcia IGP ham, and beef arrosticini.
